You will also need to:

• Take a photo from the front and back wearing board shorts (men) or bikini/ posing suit and heels (women). This is VERY IMPORTANT. Have someone sit on the floor in front of you to take the photos.

• Email these photos and any others you think will be helpful to TRIEDNTRUEFITNESS@GMAIL.COM.

Upon receiving these Membership Forms and your photos, we will be in touch with you within 72 hours to discuss your goals and membership options. You will receive your first plan within 72 hours of Tried N True receiving your first payment.
